I have this “friend”. She is Bi but lately she has been driving me crazy like Mrs. Daisy with her mixed signals!

This weekend it was abysmal! She was driving to a pub with me and we got on the subject of “girls”. We were going to confront an old dear friend of hers on why he asked her to “be with him” a few months ago and turned into a giant glacier suddenly there after.

Well, we were driving in the car and all of a sudden she says point blank “I really don’t think I would like to be with J anyhow I really want to be with a girl.” I suddenly felt warmth swelling up inside me.

Than, she says “I want to find a girl but don’t want a girlfriend”. OK I can deal with this! She went on to reveal that she really wanted a “good friend with benefits”. I was heating up like a firecracker about ready to explode!

Suddenly I said it! Quiet but to the point I turned my head and uttered “like me?”My friend (we will call her P) looked over at me at the same exact moment and just smiled that old familiar smile.

Later that evening we went to see a gay couple we know( M & T). The two of them recently got together (about 2 Weeks ago) but you would think they were held by superglue! Anyhow, me and P went out to a late night dinner at the local coney with them and were forced into the back seat. P puts her arm around me. I lean towards her and rest my head near her shoulder. At the restaurant she is constantly making contact with her thigh and mine!

After our grub session we decide to play stump P with the 80′s hits (as M has a LARGE collection of them) so we go out riding around listening to music. She again is resting her head on my shoulder and has to periodically “touch” me.

The next day I spoke to M & T and they were all about P. They obviously see that she “wants” me in some weird way but I sort of disagree. They convince me of the facts and I am hit. I am really crazy like Mrs. Daisy over this and I really don’t know what to say.

I call P later on and we talk. I get the nerve to bring up the “like me?” issue and she just blurts out “oh geez”. Again, she confuses me because she lets me off the phone abruptly after that comment but calls back 15 minutes later and asks me to go “hang out tonight”.

Night finally arrives and P comes over, we talk a bit about J, watch TV and fall asleep with our feet entwined. She gets up late at night and leaves without waking me (as usual) and I wake up as I hear the door shut.

I still have yet to face this obvious attraction issue with her. I hope she expresses her feelings soon or I may just have to get it out of her my own way! *Cheshire grin*
