Would you, Could you, Won’t you Sponsor The Lezzys?!

As you may or may not know TLL has held the TLL Blog of the Year awards for the past two years. This year we are commited to making the awards, now renamed The Lezzys, bigger and better! I am currently working with a programmer who is creating a nomination and voting WordPress Plugin to make the processes easier and more secure. There are now also a total of 9 categories that blogs can be nominated for.

I am very excited for the 2008 Lezzys. They are always fun and a great way to discover new lesbian authored blogs. It’s also nice to have a blog award that is for lesbians only. This is not to forget about the other blogs, just to say that it’s hard for most lesbian blogs to go up against Perez Hilton in GLBT Blog Awards.

I am currently looking for sponsors for the award. As a sponsor we would ask for a donation in the form of merchandise, gift certifacates, or anything else that can be awarded to the winners of the awards. As a sponsor you will receive free advertising on the TLL main page as well as on The Lezzys home page.

The Lesbian Lifestyle gets thousands of hits during the nomination and voting process of The Lezzys. That’s not to mention all the other blogs that announce The Lezzys or ask for their blog to be nominated or voted for. Becoming a sponsor is a great way to support the community. If you are interested in making a donation please contact Kelly, TLL’s managing editor. If you know someone who may be interested in sponsoring the awards please email me for more information.

Please feel free to pass this post on!
