The Toybox XL is the middle sized case from For Your Nymphomation that VibeReview offers. It is a quality hard sided faux-leather case with a zip closure. Inside there are six plastic zip pouches that attach to strips of velcro on the front and back of the case, an elastic pocket, and six velcro loops. It’s awesome! However, just telling you that it rocks won’t cut it as far as the review goes, so check out the pros and cons to help you decide if this is the case for you.

Cons (sort of):

• The O-rings on the zippers aren’t solid so though there is a padlock to lock the zippers, the gap in the ring means you could pry it open with pliers and break into it. It should still keep the average nosy interloper from getting in to your toy box, but if security is your top priority, you might want to look elsewhere. Perhaps a Lockable Vibrator Case would be more to your liking?

• I thought the zip pouches would be larger. A few are too small for most toys, but are useful if you think outside the box. These are fantastic for stashing condoms, dental dams, small lube bottles, batteries, tiny bullet vibes, small luxury vibes like the Lily, nipple clamps… you get the idea.

Pros:

• Not all the plastic zip compartments are small. So far, I’ve managed to get my Double Happiness Pleaser and Silver Bullet in the largest pouch together. In another of the pouches I’ve got a small dildo, but there’s enough room in each of these pouches for more.

• The plastic zip pouches detach from the velcro strips for ease of cleaning in case your lube explodes, which is a huge plus for me because I am always so paranoid about traveling with lube in my bag.

• You can rearrange the pouches as you see fit. Awesome.

• You can buy more zip pouches if you need more room. In clear plastic and black mesh, from the manufacturer, For Your Nymphomation.

• The elastic pocket at the bottom back can fit dildos, vibrators, and your assorted big strange shaped toys galore.

• The Toybox XL has nice sturdy hard sides and a quality zipper that doesn’t jam. The zipper pulls glow in the dark! Handy if you’ve lost your stash in a darkened room.

• The loops are an ingenious addition to the case. I don’t happen to have floggers or rope yet, but you can get creative here too. Hang cuffs from them. Got an insertable toy with a loop of rope attached for ease of removal? Hang it here! How about a little butt plug with a loopy handle? Yup. Hang it here. These loops affix via velcro and are sturdy and easy to use.

• Even with all the pouches and pockets packed and things hanging from the loops, there’s still room to spare. If you’re taking this with you on a trip, you can pack spare underwear and a fresh shirt for the morning after.

• The case is very discreet, which is something that I’m quite interested in. The size is comparable to a smallish briefcase, and the advantage to it’s modest size is that you can easily sneak this case in with you to a lot of places.

• Two handles! Carry it vertically or horizontally as you desire.

The only reason you would not want this particular case is if you had too many or too few toys for it. In that case, you’ll want to go larger with the longer Toychest or the mammoth Rolling Toy Trunk or smaller with the Toybox or Foot Long Case. However, if you have a small to medium growing collection, you should seriously consider getting this case. Even if you think you have more toys than can fit into this case, consider getting this one as a go-around case for your favorites. I definitely recommend this case to my fellow sex toy aficionados.
