Lesbian Movie/ Film Review “Itty Bitty Titty Committee” 5 VERY BIG stars
(2008) – Comedy/ Romance – Set in Los Angeles, this sardonic indie comedy helmed by Jamie Babbit follows the exploits of Anna (Melonie Diaz), a lesbian and plastic surgeon’s receptionist who embarks on a wild ride when she joins a cadre of ultraradical feminists. But things get complicated when she falls in love with the group’s leader (Nicole Vicius), who’s already involved with someone (Melanie Mayron). Carly Pope and Lauren Mollica also star.
Characters Chemistry - Anyone who has read my reviews before will know that I am not too excited about cheating characters, but then where would the spice be. But aside from that, there was believable characters in this movie from start to finish. And the chemistry was perfect.
Cinematography - This movie was on point, one of the best lesbian movies in regards to cinematography, I hate when a movie is bogged down with a series lack of skill behind the camera. That isn’t to say that I don’t get how hard it must be to make these movies, and I give these ladies props, but as a viewer it makes some of them very hard to watch. NOT THE CASE WITH THIS ONE.
