TLL Adult Review: Kiwi
My Tickle Spot is a great sex toy shop. They offer lots of high quality products, and a good selection of low priced items for beginners. They also have a great affiliate program with high commission, and you can earn money on affiliates who sign up through your link. They’re a pleasure to talk to and work with. The Kiwi vibrator that I reviewed for them, however, is not so much a pleasure as Tickle itself is. I hate to keep coming back with negative reviews of things I get from Tickle, and just want to say first and foremost, my feelings about the toy do NOT reflect in any way my feelings about Tickle. Tickle is great. But Kiwi?
Oh, Kiwi. It’s adorable, yes, it has that going for it. Twist it to open it up and pop two AAA batteries in and it’s set to go. It’s got a hard plastic base and a silicone top that makes a “flicking” motion when it’s turned on. It also lights up bright pink while it’s on. However, for some odd reason the white silicone is strangely… yellowed. I’ve read other reviews, and mine isn’t the only one that’s yellowish.
I could forgive that if it worked really well for me, but alas, it does not. I thought the “flicking” motion would be interesting or differently stimulating somehow, but when I masturbate I use a decent amount of pressure against my clit and doing so just negates the “flicking” motions of the tip, and the remaining vibrations feel dull and weak to me.
You might like Kiwi if you prefer very little pressure against your clit. Even if that’s what you prefer, I’d still like to suggest that rather than spending $55 (or, at the time of writing, $44 on sale) on the Kiwi that you spend a little more and get something like the Bcurious. While I haven’t used it, I’ve read some pretty great reviews of it. It’s more powerful, pinpoint, and rechargeable. In my opinon, the Bcurious is a far better value for your money.
Thank you again, My Tickle Spot!
