TLL Call for Submissions

All of us have a story to tell. Whether you’re 15 or 55 your life experiences have created stories that are also referred to as memories. That first kiss, followed by your first break up, and rectified by your first gay bar. Growing up questioning our sexual identity enlists different kinds of stories. They tend to be stories that make you feel like you’re the only person in the world going through, or feeling what you are in that moment. I felt like that once, not too long ago. That’s when I created this blog, to share my stories. I would soon find out that I was far from alone.

I’m 32 and I’ve done my best at living life. Here’s to hoping I still have a lot to live. I personally knew I was gay, to some extent of the meaning, when I was 5. I have loved, lost, coveted, and I’m currently in the best relationship I’ve ever been in my life. My Father died when I was 29, I had 3 surgeries to remove an 8 mm kidney stone, and I’ve dealt with weight issues my entire life. All of these little facts about me have stories to go with them. I’m writing today in hopes that you will share yours.

Please send us your stories and we will publish them on the front page of The Lesbian Lifestyle. You can submit your submission here or register to be a TLL author and post them yourself.

Thank you for visiting TLL. We hope you keep coming back and become a part of this story telling community.
