TLL Wins a 2010 Golden Kitty
I am honored to announce that The Lesbian Lifestyle has received a Golden Kitty Award for the third year in a row from the women at The Lesbian Lounge Podcast!!! I would like to take this time to thank all the readers of this blog. Those that have been with it since 2004 and those that are just discovering this site.
This year TLL will celebrate it’s 7th year online! In many cases that is unheard of in blogging. Especially “gay” blogging. This blog is committed to providing a soap box for lesbian women who are willing to share their stories with the world.
For me blogging has never been about numbers. It’s been about community. I have made several friendships along my blogging journey. This past year I was honored to take over The Lesbian Question from a fellow blogger I met along the way. I have taken on the test of running a new blog called The Lesbian Pregnancy. And I am constantly working to promote those that need to be heard.
Again, thank you to all the readers. We aren’t Autostraddle or AfterEllen… but we are exactly who we are and our stories will always have a place to be told.
